GPF with Oracle Report Server

My Oracle Forms app calls a report with a when-button-trigger, run_product(REPORTS,

           'dept1.rep',
            SYNCHRONOUS,
            RUNTIME,
            FILESYSTEM,
            NULL);

The report runs fine the first time, but the second time I press the button I get a GPF, R25SRV in DE15WIN.DLL at 0047:3CD1. Same problem with all the time, on all my clients. (They don't like it ;-)). I use Oracle Forms 4.5.6.0.7 (Windows) and Oracle Reports 2.5.3.1.16 on my 486/DX2 with 32 MB, RDMBS is 7.0.16 on HP-UX and SQL*Net 1.1. Any suggestions?
