SQL Studio is a product now in its second version (2.0) for building Stored Procedures, Packages. V2.0 added maintenance capabilities for Roles, and lots of other objects.
Company is Stanford Technology Group (in Calif). Cost is 495 / PC client.

DBArtisan from Embarcadero Technologies is an excellent PC tool for the Sybase environment. They are working on an Oracle version due in September(?)
