Good SQL Tuning tool available

There is a new tool out on the market called ExplainSQL that some of the readers of this newsgroup may find to be very helpful. This tool greatly simplifies and speeds up the process of tuning SQL. According to the marketing literature, "after using it for a month, you will wonder how you worked without it". We have purchased the product and I have found it to be very helpful. One of it's best features is its ability to monitor and capture the SQL from an application that is being tested or that is currently running slow in production. The tool allows you to easily run explains on the captured SQL and it also allows you to easily test changes to that SQL. We have used it to identify several full table scan situations early on in the development cycle that we probably would not have noticed until we went live.
