As far as I can tell, the ORA-00600 is a generic error given when something inside the database engine goes awry. I have seen these errors in a number of situations and it always involves contacting Oracle tech support to give them the "parameters" list that follow the error.
It is also helpful to have the tace or log files on hand as they give an indication of what SQL statement was being executed at the time of the error.
