Could anyone tell me what is involved in upgrading from Oracle ver 7.1.6 to Oracle ver 7.2 on Solaris.

Specifically

1. Is it a simple upgrade procedure ?
2. How long does it take ?
3. What are any pitfalls with 7.2 on Solaris that we should

    watch out for ?
4. Has anyone gone through this procedure before ?
