1) Configuration Manager (Need 1)
+ 5 Years Software Configuration and Build Management Experience
+ 1-2 Years of Distributed Development & Software CM Experience
+ Envy, ClearCase or PVCS expertise
+ Must be Able to Work Well in a Software Engineering Team Environment
+ Good Communication Skills

2) OO Analyst/Designer (Need 5)
+ Substantial OO analysis and design experience using Booch, Rumbaugh
or

      Jacobsen Methodologies (or another OO Design Methodology)
+ 8 - 10 Years System Engineering experience in Client/Server

      architectures
+ Objectory, OMT, or Method Works expertise
+ Oracle DBMS Experience Preferred, Sybase Second Choice

3) Software Engineer (Need 6)
+ Perform high level and detailed design from provided requirements
+ Experience in Client/Server development, communications and
Inter-process

    control TCPIP, Sockets
+ OO Experience
+ DBMS (Oracle preferred, second choice Sybase)

4) Software Programmer (Need 6)
+ Substantial VisualWorks, C++ or SmallTalk coding experience
+ Write software and unit test based on provided design
+ Client/Server experience
+ OO experience

5) Testing & QA Engineer (Need 2)
+ Substantial experience in testing methods and tools, prefer automated
tool

    & testing experience
+ Provide Quality metrics definition, measurement, reporting and
correcting

    recommendations
+ Ability to automate distributed component testing
+ Plan, implement and manage integration and verification level test
program
