I would like to see more information on Data Modeling, Software Engineering methodologies etc.. It seems like its one has to become an expert with a product, such as Oracle, raher than a skill, such as Data Modeling, Normalization and so on. I do not even want to get into the microsoft 'wizards' that are available to novice users.
