List of values in Reports 2.5

I create a report and in my parameters form I want to use a LOV. I' able to do that but when I run this report, I can't choose a null value for my LOV.

When I blank the field, report use the last value of all the choice. And the check box Restricted to predetermined values is'nt selected.

Anybody can help me !!!
