Migration of VB/Access to VB/Oracle

Dear All,
I have been asked to estimate the cost of migrating an existing VB/MS-Access app to VB/Oracle (using ODBC, OO4OLE or whatever)
At first glance, the app seems to have quite a number of code units, to have convoluted code to access Access and comprises about 20 tables, many with multiple memo fields.
This migration seems to me to be non-trivial. Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to if this is easier than I think, or (heaven forbid) worse?
