Designer/Developer 2000 books

Like this header says....

I am looking for books which cover this subject since we received these tools with documentation only on CDROM. Especially casestudy in which an application is build(read generated) with designer 2000 is very much wanted.

I will post a summary of the answers to this newsgroup and to anyone posting directly to my email adress (on this subject).
