PO7: object10.vrf(0): file not found error

I have downloaded PO7 from Oracle's web site (into c:\PO7INST
directory). Win32s is fine. I run PO7SEWIN.EXE -D _-N and it runs
okay. Then, I look for the ORAINST.EXE file and it is not in any of
the subdirectories under PO7INST. I search and find it in C:\. I rn
it and it gives me error:
object10.vrf(0):FILE NOT FOUND while verifying object 10.
I do not see any files named OBJECT10. There is a directory with this
name and it has nothing in it. The INSTALL directory and many others
also have nothing in them. What's wrong? Do I have to re-download
that 18.5 meg file again?
