We needed to do the same thing, and since we did not get a satisfactorily, we figured it out ourselves. We do have it working now, and Forms 4.5 and Graphics 2.5, and SQL*Net 2.1 together can be installed in runtime versions with about 6 3.5" disks. If anybody else has done it, please tell us about it. Maybe there is some thing we can improve on.
Also, Oracle Tech. Support says they will not support it, which could be a serious issue.
