NOTE: As I said in my original posting, the layout editor will not let me do this. It does not let me select ONE instance of an item and move it closer to other instances of that item. When I select one instance of an item, all instances are automatically selected.

My screen looks like this:

Field 1 (record 1) Field 2 (record 1) Field 3 (record 1)

Field 1 (record 2) Field 2 (record 2) Field 3 (record 2)

I want the screen to look like this:

Field 1 (record 1) Field 2 (record 1) Field 3 (record 1)
Field 1 (record 2) Field 2 (record 2) Field 3 (record 2)

When I attempt to select all fields in record 2 in the layout editor, it automatically also selects all the fields in record 1. It does not permit me to select the fields in record 2 to move them closer to record 1.

Any other ideas?
