Also perhaps one other question - how about software itself. Do people regularly use CompuServ to get bug fixes, freeware addons like drivers. We too don't have access to Compuserve, but I did find the Oracle Web and Ftp sites, which Oracle UK Support at least said should not be used as a place for picking up such stuff.

I suppose it's up to them really, but I do think it unfair to limit such stuff to Compuserve users, especially if they are going to demand £50 for sending out a disk based version, simply because you cannot get to Compuserve.

Any thoughts.
