The "Oracle not available" and "error attaching to SGA" messages make it sound as though you are trying to access Oracle with some tool, such as SQL*Plus, but you haven't started the database using the Database Manager tool in your Personal Oracle program manager group.

However, this shouldn't be causing the stack dump you are getting. I haven't seen this error before.
