Nope, I mean 10% less.

I test Oracle Financial Applications using General Ledger, and my users pound on the system with a mix of OLTP and background reporting (typical end-of-month activity). As you noted, the performance degraded (both CPU and user response times), so in the end it supported a few less users. I had plenty of memory, too.

I also had problems with dispatchers crashing. MTS definitely needs more testing at Oracle.
