Rollback Segs

Hi,

I have a question about Rollback Segs.
I just inherited an oracle database.
The tablespace for rollback was initially set at 200m. My users during an update
process are experiencing max extents
errors on the rbs tablespace. RBS
is divided in the database into
four segments:

r01    12,300
r02    84,400
r03    59,680
r04    47,320

Does anybody have any suggestions for
me to do without an impact on the
production database?
