Patrol Database Monitoring Application

I heard some time ago about a database Monitoring tool called "Patrol". I found out that the company who made it was purchased by another. Does anybody know the current vendor and their phone number? Also would anybody know if patrol supports SNMP or some other form of a hook into NetView/6000 or OpenView?
