I was with a company not too long ago that was using PeopleSoft Payroll. I thought they (PeopleSoft) specifcally recomended using RULE for thier app. Have they changed that position? I have a lot of respect for the COST based optimizer but I'm currently having a problem that forced me to rollback to RULE.

Once I get this problem resolved I plan to go back. In short I would say, it is still buggy but much better that it was initially and getting better all the time.
