A Great Forms 4.5 Book

A short while back this group was told of a book on Forms 4.5 that was being advertised as "The Book Oracle Didn't Give You". Some one from Oracle, again I can't recall their name, asked him to specify what specific 4.5 features were covered in the book and if he could provide a brief outline of what the book covered. I must admit that I was away for a while so I missed about three days of postings, but I don't recall seeing the authors responce. Could some one please inform me as to whether or not there was a responce and what it was. Sorry if I'm recovering old ground.
