Jill,

I just wanted to relate some of my experiences. I was using the SQL*ReportWriter 1.1 on an HP9000 system and discovered that Oracle does not provide a keymap for the HP keyboard. In fact I think that they only provide one for the VAX keyboards, PF1-PF4. I finally worked with HP support to remap my keyboard so that I could sent a PF1-PF4 to the SQL*ReportWriter product.
