Changing Oracle Password

Hi,

I don't know if this can be done, but would like to do it. Can one make Oracle force users (not OPS$xxx users) to change their passwords at given intervals? I know we can do this under UNIX for OPS$xxx users, but that does not solve the problem completely for us.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
