Running Personal Oracle7 under Win95 is not supported and it doesn't work. Allthough from the technical standpoint it seems easy to make it run on Win95, there are some pitfalls. A database is not a simple application, specifically when having multiple applications accessing the same database. After Win95 goes production, Oracle will have a specific version available soon.
