ARRANGE Menu "Feature"

Has anyone else with the new SGI IRIX 5.2 upgrade to Oracle Forms Designer (production release version 4.0.13.17.1) noticed this?

Any of the submenus under the ARRANGE main menu are not in English. They appear to be in Finnish, or maybe Turkish? After combing through every possible file in both the system and in Oracle which could possibly affect NLS settings, we concluded that it's most likely some goofy Oracle pointer to the *wrong* menu.

Has anyone else out there seen this? Does anyone know of a simple fix for it? Yes, there's a TAR on it, but <yawn> I could grow old and die waiting for them to get around to it.
