Don't believe this is going to bite you later. This just means the listener process were unavailable when the database was started up - they will keep trying to establish contact. I assume you aren't having any problems with network user connections. To avoid the errors, startup any listeners before starting the database. There is also a parameter you can use in the listener.ora file (<listener_name>_startup_wait ??? - writing from home) that will cause the lsnrctl start <listener_name> topause for a period of time to allow the listener startup to complete.
