Oracle Menu 5

Hello

I am running ORACLE Menu version 5.0 on a PC. I only want to log in with SCOTT and TIGER but i get "User is not authorized to use SQl*Menu". I can log in with SYSTEM and MANAGER but i can't run mijn application and I got "Application does not exist" but well exist.

Please E-mail me if you have any ideas on how to resolve this.
