Peter, my sources at Oracle product line management say that the CDE Tools Production 3 Release was scheduled to be available on OpenVMS Alpha by the end of April and on OpenVMS VAX by the middle of May. This release will include only:  

                Oracle Forms 4.0.13  
                Oracle Reports 2.0.14  
                Oracle Book 1.0  
                Oracle Book 2.0  

They say that customers requiring the ability to run Oracle Data Browser or Oracle Graphics, along with one or more of the above components, will need to remain at CDE Tools 4.0.12.

Check with your Oracle sales rep for more details.
