HELP Needed: Create New database

   I can't find my ORACLE IUG document, so I was wondering if someone can give me the steps required to create a new database.

   BTW, I am using ORACLE 7 running Solaris 2.3; I don't have the CDROM media with me, so I can't even run the oracle.install script.
