A silly quesition here: I was told that TRUNCATE is the best and
fastest way to wash out data from a table. I observed that REPLACE
also did pretty good job while loading data. Anybody can tell me what
is the way REPLACE to drop data: by using TRUNCATE or by some other way?
I guess that REPLACE uses TRUNCATE as well.
