Need Oraperl Binary for HP-900 T-500

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get an Oraperl Binary for HP-900 T-500 ?. We just go this new machine and it appears that it does not include yacc. To get yacc you must order the full HP development tools (Beaucoup Dollars on a T500 ). At least this it what our system administrator is informing me. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
