Personal Oracle error ORA-3121

Hello,

I'm looking for some help on CDE2 beta copy of Personal Oracle7.

I installed Personal Oracle7 in Windows. Whenever I try to start up the data base I get ORA-3121 No Interface driver connected. I already have oracle7 on OS/2 and have been running the CDE1 tools via the SQL*VDM interface, but thought I'd try out Personal Oracle7. Is my OS/2 setup interfering with the new setup? What are the pertinent settings in ORACLE.INI, PATH, etc. that need to be there?
