Forms 4.5 can convert Forms 2.0, 2.3, and 3.0 INP files directly to 4.5. Moving from 4.0 to 4.5, there's no conversion. You just open your FMB files directly in the 4.5 designer.

The conversion from 2.0, 2.3, and/or 3.0 is performed with appropriate options to our Generate component.
