Oracle 7.1 Compatibility

We use PowerBuilder and Oracle (several versions of each over the past 3 years) and have NEVER had a problem with PB rejecting an 'IS NULL' predicate. Besides, the RDMS, not PB provides the syntax verificaion in PowerBuilder.
