BORDERED property in Forms 4.5?

Hi Oracle-experts,
I'm using Oracle Forms 4.5.5 and I want to create a window with scroll-
bars. In the docs it says that I should set the Bordered property to TRUE.
Now, where is that property? I just can't seem to find it. Does it exist?
If not, how do I create a scrolling window?
