Ah ha! Second reading of the note revals interesting information. There were some problems with upgrades during beta.

As I said in my previous posting, the upgrade from 3.0 to 4.5 directly is supported.

I suspect that you have referenced procedures/triggers in your 3.0 application which aren't visible in the database you are connecting to when you are attempting your conversion. The 3.0 tables must be present if you have references.

What EXACT forms version do you have? (To all digits). What oracle back end version do you have? Are there references in the 3.0 form? Are they visible using the username/password you are using to do the upgrade? Make sure you are using the correct syntax including the version=30 keyword to do the upgrade.
