Personal Oracle 7 with WFW 3.11 and MSACCESS GPF

Has anyone installed Personal Oracle 7 and lost Windows for Workgroup's
Windows based networking functionality?? I can still connect in DOS but
all the network stuff (network icon under Control panel, logging on says
no network driver is loaded and the file manager lacks network tools as
well). Any help would be appreciated.
Also I have loaded this both at home and at work and they both crash
Access 2.0 when I attempt to attach a table (using ODBC driver for 7.0
or the 7.1 that comes with POracle). It causes a GPF everytime...
