I think Lotus123 only speaks DAL. Do you have a DAL "server" on the Oracle side? This is a product from ITI, starting at about $1000.

Alternatives include:
 an ODBC driver from Intersolv or one of the other vendors + Excel,  Oracle Data Browser (especially since you have SQL*Net running),  DataEdit from Brio,
 GQL from Andyne, etc.

Paul Dorsey will post a summary from his ad-hoc query tool shoot-out soon. This will include several products available for the Mac.

You might also send mail to Liam Breck <breck_at_external.umass.edu> and ask for his Mac Client/Server Database Summary.
