The ISO (ISO/IEC 9075:1992, "Information Technology --- Database Languages --- SQL") and ANSI (ANSI X3.135-1992, "Database Language SQL") are both available from ANSI at:

Note that the only differences between the ISO and ANSI versions of the SQL standards is the front matter and some references to other standards. The technical content is identical (it comes from the same source file.)
There is also an amendment/correction to SQL-92. I don't remember the ISO designation at the moment. The ISO amendment applies to both the ANSI and ISO versions of the SQL standard.
