You cannot run any Oracle DOS product that requires SQL*PME in a DOS session
under OS/2, even with SQL*VDM. If the DOS product you plan to run
does not require SQL*PME (it's the real-mode version - yes, there are
such products, but they are very old) then you can certainly run them
in a DOS session with SQL*VDM.
