CDE2? What's in it?

Okay..who's spent the big bucks for the CDE2 tools? What did you get? If you go back far enough in the rags you'll find different things are included with the CDE package.
Today, I believe this is what I'm assume we would get:
FoRMs, Reports, Plus, Graphics, Book, Browser, Query
There was no mention of OCI, precompilers, exp/imp, sql*loader, Case..etc.. Should I assume the precompilers, exp/imp & sql*loader come with the base purchase of the CDE2?
I imagine the Case Tools are additional.
