Hi,
I am a WindowsNT Newbie. Today I have unstalled WindowsNT 3.5 and Oracle Workgroups Server for WindowsNT on 1 PC and I was very happy because all was allright.

But then I've got problems: there is no connection between the Oracle server and clients/applications (Database Manager, Plus etc.).

I think there is (for my problem) an important hint in the Readme file. But I don't understand it.

"Even if you are installing Oracle Workgroup Server onto a standalone    Windows NT machine, you must have the Named Pipes service ('Server' in    the Services or Network tools in the Control Panel) running if you wish    to use any 16-bit MS Windows applications. This includes all of the    Oracle Database Tools installed with the client software."

Please tell me what I have to do!

Thanks
