I have just finished reading "Mastering Oracle7 & Client/Server Computing" by Steven M. Bobrowski (a SYBEX book). I found this book to be an exceptionally informative source of information on both Oracle 7
products and their use in a client-server architecture. It is loaded with excellant tips on setting up and tuning Oracle databases, and even describes how a variety of non-Oracle products, e.g., "Powerbuilder" and "ADW tools" can be used on the client side to supplement or replace Oracle products. I give this book great marks for its readability and information content. Received on Fri Jan 20 1995 - 16:07:59 CET
