First, what version are you running? 'cause it must be a beta version...
The key list comes from the ORATERM resource file. The default for this is set by an environment variable. You are getting the wrong resource file. The resource file is speciried by the -c switch on the command line.

This is also caused by getting the wrong resource file, per above.

You might try starting a X-window with a larger font size. Don't know if this will work with Forms 4.0 based. Or you can probably fool around with the resource files.
