I am running SQL*Net TCP/IP for Windows (version 1.1.7.10.4) here on a PC running WfW 3.11 and the latest version (3.11a) of MS TCP/IP 32 bits (aka Wolverine), with no problems at all. Just select "Microsoft TCP/IP" at install time.
