We went through the same process earlier this year. Our final choice was PowerBuilder and initial "playing" with the software and it's use of Oracle's non-ODBC API has resulted in little to complain about. Beware though, PowerBuilder is now Sybase and Oracle may not be too willing to continue it's close work with P.B. in the future.
