Business or Sales Opportunity:

I am seeking an available software package(s) that will function as a "Program Manager's Assistant". The software is envisioned as a relational database manager with a GUI front end (possibly custom). No preferance towards PD, shareware, or commercial packages. Software should allow matrices with dimensions describing a hierachincal breakdown of products into systems and subsystems of finer and finer detail, performance and environmental requirements, and programmatic requirements such as cost and schedules. The software must be able to develope subsystem level results by rolling up performance and programmatic data and system level results by rolling up subsystem data. Periodic reports, geared to various management levels should be generated automatically.
