I use the RTSS occasionaly for info and entering TARs when Oracle's help line gets backed up. That is when my needs are not critical. I find that Oracle will call back within a day, at least this has been so for me for the last month. Once you get the keys down, it's fine.

Haven't looked at the compuserve services seriously due to time contraints.

Oracle does have a list-server, if you have a level of service called a 'medal' service. I tried it and found I do not have the correct level of service. The following is a direct quote from the server: begin quote:
