Question:Export/Import Longs?

what is the best way to export and import LONG fields, especially LONG RAW fields?

When I tried to use oracle's export and import utilities, I had major problems with longs bigger than about 64k. At some point we are going to be dealing with BLOBS that are a LOT bigger than 64k. What do I do if I have to rebuild my tables with new extent storage parameters. I thought I had to use export and import for that sort of thing. If it won't handle the big long fields, than I will be hosed???????

Do we need to write some OCI cheese to handle this?
