OracleWare includes Oracle Office in the bundle, Workgroup Server does not.
Workgroup Server runs on multiple different OS's, Netware, NT....
Workgroup Server has nifty GUI management tools built in, I don't know if these are available in OracleWare yet.
Workgroup server maxes out at 25 users due to licensing and packaging, not due to the underlying server technology, which is true Oracle 7.
