  Requirements / Qualifications:

     þ    Solid experience developing client/server
            applications using Oracle RDBMS, and Oracle
            Developer's Tools (Forms, Reports, Graphics)
            Oracle 7.x and Forms 4.x experience preferred.

     þ    Prior experience designing, developing and
            implementing enterprise-wide applications

     þ    Able to interact comfortably in a team environment;
            able to communicate clearly and assertively in group
            settings

     þ    Prior experience or potential to assume a leadership
            role over one or more application developers

  Additional Qualifications:

     þ    Hands-on experience using CASE technology for
            systems development and database design

     þ    Experience in UNIX and DOS operating systems,
            SQL and C programming languages, Local Area
            Networks, Intel-based PC's
